Relentless Beats is excited to announce Goldrush, a brand new festival experience taking place at Rawhide Western Town in Chandler, Arizona, November 18 and 19, 2017. Following the success of the marquee Relentless Beats’ event Phoenix Lights, which saw nearly 20,000 attendees welcome #TheLightsReturn, Relentless Beats has taken a decidedly different path- striking out into the Wild West. The fully immersive two-day festival will welcome electronic dance music and hip-hop prospectors from across the country to discover and experience world class DJs, across three expertly curated stages. The lineup will be announced in the coming week, with further details to accompany it.

“We wanted to create a festival that went beyond the confines of your typical stages and music festival setup,” says Relentless Beats founder Thomas Turner. “By fully utilizing Rawhide as the backdrop for Goldrush, we will be transporting fans into the otherworldly experience of a true Western Town.”

Rawhide Western Town & Event Center is situated on the Gila River Indian Community and is Arizona’s largest 1880s western-themed entertainment venue. Located just south of Phoenix, the venue is a mere 20 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Chandler, AZ. The venue hosts several marquee Relentless Beats events, including; Global Dance Festival, BOO!, Decadence, CRUSH AZ and Phoenix Lights Festival.

A limited number of pre-sale passes will go on sale Friday, June 23, at 10 a.m. MST. Fans can access tickets with the password GoodAsGold. VIP passes, complete with a preferred main stage viewing area, bottle service, passed desserts, private restrooms and express entry are also available. The general on sale will begin on Friday, June 30 at 10 a.m. MST. All ticket types are available online at www.relentlessbeats.com. Goldrush is an all ages event. Fans under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Trapfest Tucson Releases 2017 Lineup

Presented by Relentless Beats, Specto Entertainment and CrowdSurf Concerts, Trapfest Tucson will be dropping at Club XS in Midtown Tucson on Friday, July 14, 2017. Doubling the dose of trap headed to Arizona, Trapfest Tucson comes just a day before the festival stops in Phoenix, at The Pressroom on Saturday, July 15th. The lineup for the Tucson stop will feature: Party Favor, who is a remix favorite for dance music elite, explosive, rapid-fire beat prodigy, Loudpvck, the bi-costal production duo who recently released the monster track, “Bones”, Hard Trap pioneer, SayMyName and quasi hip hop/electronic producer, JSTJR.

“We are psyched to be bringing Trapfest back to Tucson,” says Relentless Beats founder Thomas Turner. “The scene is growing so fast, we felt it was necessary to bring one of the country’s premier trap and bass events back here.”

Presented by Relentless Beats and CrowdSurf Concerts, Trapfest returns to The Pressroom in Downtown Phoenix on Saturday, July 15, 2017. Celebrating its 5th year, past editions of the country’s premier trap and bass event have featured: UZ; Brillz; Bro Safari; etc! etc!; Green Lantern; GTA; Ookay; Oshi; Sikdope; Stööki Sound and Troyboi, amongst others. Expanding the lineup, this year will feature: Montreal-based, bombastic bass-drop designer Snails as the headliner with main stage support from Party Favor, who is a remix favorite for dance music elite, explosive, rapid-fire beat prodigy 4B, quasi hip hop/electronic producer, JSTJR and hard hitting bass duo Two Owls. The Pressroom outdoor patio will feature ATLiens; Bailo; Havok Roth and Woolymammoth, for a deeper look into the more experimental side of Trap.

Phoenix Lights 2017 takes place April 8-9, 2017, and this year’s line-up has a strong showing of talent. This event will take place at the Margaret T Hance Park in Downtown Phoenix and you can get your tickets from Relentless Beats. Here’s the break-down of some artists that are going to be there.

Asadi
Young Columbus, Ohio Dj, producer, singer, songwriter, and musician Daniel Asadi is just starting to perform for big crowds. Don’t let that fool you though Asadi absolutely knows how to work that DJ booth. He also has some big shows coming up this year: Electric Forest, Euphoria, and Elements Lakewood Camping Festival to name a few. He makes Persian trap sound amazingly flawless. Some artists that have influenced his sound would be Travis Scott, Mura Masa, and Kendrick Lamar. It will be exciting seeing what this young man has to perform at Phoenix Lights.

Illenium
Denver resident Nick Miller, better known as Illenium, began making EDM in early 2008, but didn’t become passionate about releasing his
own work until after he saw Bassnectar in 2012 at Red Rocks. Some music influences are Bassnectar, Adventure Club, ODESZA and Porter Robinson. Nick actually launched his own label, Kasaya Recording, to release “Ashes” with Seeking Blue. In Illenium’s live shows, he engages fans with his with future bass originals and he has a hybrid set up of drum pads, keyboards, and CDJs. He loves to incorporate as many live elements to his shows as he can. This live show will be something to see and hear.

Tchami
French producer and DJ Martin Bresso, known as Tchami, is the pioneer of Future house. Tchami began using this stage name in Africa and became recognized after releasing a remix of “Go Deep” by Janet Jackson. He was the first to start using the term “future house” in his SoundCloud post tags which eventually become recognized in the electronic music industry. He launched his own record label, “Confession”, in 2015. Tchami is bringing a stunning church stage with a live choir, which will bring another level to his stage presence at Phoenix Lights.

Thomas Jack
This Aussie DJ is known for his tropical house fusion. Thomas Jack’s music makes you feel like you are lost in an endless summer. Some inspiration for his sound is Enya, Pleasurekraft, Jack Johnson, and Paul Kalkbrenner. For Jack’s music he likes to use live flute, saxophone, piano, and guitar. You expect to feel like you are having some Sunday fun, some where in the warm sunny of some gorgeous beach when you hear him perform.

ZHU
Steven Zhu is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and electronic musician. Zhu remained anonymous until mid-2014, he asked to be judged for his music. This Chinese American choice to release his music anonymously, because he believed race played a role, saying: “Some of us don’t even know the limitations of our own prejudice. Rather than put those limitations to the test, we’ve created an engaging way for fans to focus on the music rather than who’s behind it.” Zhu has a dark, moody, dreamy, and sometimes cinematic vibe to his live performances.

Beginning in the 1990’s, the Bassrush brand has evolved from its strictly drum & bass roots to include dubstep and other bass-oriented genres. Along with exclusive one-off events, Bassrush hosts stages at all major Insomniac festivals such as EDC Las Vegas, EDC Orlando and Beyond Wonderland. Diplo to Headline Wet Electric 2017

The country’s largest waterpark music festival returns Saturday, April 29, 2017, to Big Surf Waterpark in Tempe, Arizona. Presented by Activated Presents and Relentless Beats, Wet Electric is pleased to announced Diplo as the first headliner to this kickoff of the Arizona Summer. In addition to the Mad Decent label head, Wet Electric will be announcing its biggest lineup to date in the coming weeks. As the 7th edition of this massive pool party, the event features world renowned artists and DJ’s, the largest wavepool in the country, waterslides, luxury cabanas, bars and much more. Wet Electric is a truly unique experience as it combines the thrills of a waterpark along with the sights and sounds of an electronic music festival.

Phoenix Lights, presented by Relentless Beats, has announced the final round of artists for their third annual event. The two-day music festival taking place in Downtown Phoenix on April 8 – 9, 2017, has added over 25 artists to an already massive roster, which includes: Above & Beyond, Alesso, Tiesto, STS9, Vince Staples, ZHU, Illenium, Keys N Krates, Oliver Heldens, Pete Tong, Thomas Jack, Coyu, Ekali, Ganja White Night, Grum, Hucci, Josh Wink, the Knocks, Pig&Dan, Robotti vs. Sirus Hood, Shaun Frank, Tokimonsta and Unlike Pluto. New this year, Relentless Beats premiere house, techno, and underground brand, RBDeep, will host a stage during the festival boasting performances from some of the biggest names in the scene. Finally, amateur DJs or those just looking for that big break, can take part in Relentless Beat’s First Encounters DJ Competition on March 9th, where the grand prize is an opening slot at this year’s Phoenix Lights Festival. Details will be announced in the coming weeks at www.relentlessbeats.com.

The multi-stage festival will be held at Margaret T. Hance Park, an urban setting in Downtown Phoenix. The 32-acre park located on the “deck” over the Interstate Highway 10 Papago Freeway Tunnel, between 5th Ave. and 3rd Street, is the home of the Japanese Friendship Garden, Irish Cultural Center, McClelland Irish Library, Phoenix Center for the Arts, and Burton Barr Central Library. First dedicated in 1992, the park is located near the Central Station METRO Light Rail and bus transfer stations and is surrounded by libraries, museums, educational facilities, and the arts district. Building off of this momentum, fans can expect top-level talent, cutting edge visuals, unique stage design, interactive experiential installations and more.

General Admission tickets are on-sale for $159 plus fees for a single 2-day pass or $280 plus fees for two 2-day passes. VIP passes, with a separate VIP entrance, two (2) complimentary drink tickets, a catered spread, massive VIP deck with assorted seating, premium main stage viewing area, passed hors d’oeuvres, commemorative lanyard, and VIP restrooms are available for $349 plus fees. Relentless Beats and Insomniac Events have announced the 8th annual Crush Arizona, which takes place February 18, 2017 at Rawhide Western Town & Event Center. This year’s event will feature Black Tiger Sex Machine, Chris Lorenzo, DVBBS, GTA, Jason Ross, SayMyName, W&W, Yellow Claw, and more.
